Q: Are there any scammers at your site?
A: Scammers can be found at any Russian bride website, or any dating site for that matter, so beware of
any site that tells you there are no scammers there. There are a few simple steps that you can take to
ensure that you do not get scammed. First, always ask for more pictures than they have provided. It
would be wise to mention that since our site only allows a maximum of 3 pictures, you would like more.
Second, if a woman asks for
money from you within the first few weeks of e-mails / letters, be cautious. We recommend you spend at least
one month exchanging e-mails, letters, and pictures before your first visit and we recommend that you
travel to her country before she travels to yours. If you take these steps, the possibility of you
being scammed is extremely low.
We also take measures to eliminate scammers on Russian Brides Club through personal invesitgation and
customer feedback. If a woman asks you for money, please send the suspecting
e-mails to antiscam@russian-brides-club.net.
We will investigate the situation, and if we feel that
the profile is being used for scamming purposes, we will delete the profile and ban the IP number associated
with that profile.
For those of you that do not know what an IP number is, it is a unique number which every computer on
the internet has. If we ban an IP number from entering our site, that computer will never be able
to visit our site again. So, if a scammer's IP number is banned from our site, they will not be back.
Please note that it is perfectly acceptable for men to offer money to the woman they are interested in,
if they so desire.
